Building Higher Order Thinking Skills With Tech

Description:

Technology engages students, but are they cognitively engaged? Preparing students to meet the challenges of the future requires teachers to move beyond teaching and assessing lower order thinking and challenge students with tasks that promote higher order thinking. Learn to design cognitively challenging lessons by utilizing five different technology driven activities to promote deep learning and allow students to connect with concepts in meaningful ways.
